Results & Case Studies
Real systems, real outcomes.
Take a look at what we have built and automated for clients.
Some details are kept general to respect client confidentiality.

01
From a fragile spreadsheet to an automated compliance system
Client: National UAV company
The problem: Insurance and equipment compliance was tracked in a fragile spreadsheet, with renewals easy to miss and no reliable way to see what was due when.
What we built: a structured monday.com board for insurance and equipment tracking, with renewal reminders automated through Make.com and connected to their existing tools.
The outcome: Nothing falls through the cracks, the team has clear visibility of what is due, and the manual admin time dropped to almost nothing.
02
Modernising broken automations after a platform change
Client: Multi-entity services group.
The problem: a platform update broke a set of business-critical automations across several workflows, leaving manual gaps the team had to cover by hand.
What we built: we migrated the affected scenarios to current modules in Make.com and tested every workflow from end
to end.
The outcome: nothing falls through the cracks, the team has clear visibility of what is due, and the manual admin time dropped to almost nothing.

03
Turning a messy admin handover into a clean system
Client: a marketing company preparing for a team member's leave.
The problem: knowledge and recurring tasks lived in
one person's head and a long message thread, with a real risk of things being missed while they
were away.
What we built: a structured task and monitoring system, with the recurring work
documented and tracked so anyone could pick it up.
The outcome: a smooth handover, nothing
missed during the leave period, and a reusable system the team kept using afterwards.
04
An expert review of a monday.com build before rollout
Client: a large industrial inspection and asset integrity company.
The problem: they had already built a monday.com
workspace but wanted certainty it was structured correctly, scalable, and following best practice before rolling it out more widely.
What we built: as a certified monday.com partner, we reviewed the existing build from end to end, assessing board structure, automations, and integrations, then flagged
the gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve.
The outcome: a validated, refined setup the team could
roll out with confidence, knowing it would scale rather than need rebuilding later.
